Before the production of semi trailers, the technical department should design and produce the drawings according to the requirements of users and the market, so as to match the technical parameters of the semi trailer with each other, and then transfer to the manufacturing department.

1. Adopt The Laser Machine Cutting Steel.

The use of laser machine to cut steel material can improve the accuracy to 0.01mm, and the mirror incision can be formed at one time, which can reduce the cutting hot-melt area as much as possible, so that the elements of the steel plate remain unchanged, the rigidity will not be lost, and the phenomenon of stress concentration will not occur.

2. Automatic Submerge Arc Welding Tech.

After finish cutting material is the welding work. A good welding process can not only maintain the beauty of the weld, but also ensure that there will be no concentrated stress at the welding point of the steel plate and maintain the steel plate with good strength.

3. Chassis Parts Production & Assembly.

Main beam, side beam, support beam, suspension, frame etc. After production, start assembly. After the chassis is formed, install the traction pins and lay the bottom plate of the loading platform. and adjust the suspension to prevent tire eating problems.

4. Steel Shot Blasting, Stronger Rust Resistance.

The application of shot blasting technology can effectively improve and improve the fatigue life, corrosion resistance and tensile strength of semi-trailer parts. The service life of steel without shot blasting is increased by 30%. At the same time clean the steel surface to enhance the adhesion of the paint.

5. Adopt Anti-Rust Polyurethane Paint.

Compared with ordinary artificial spray paint, polyurethane paint has the characteristics of rust resistance, bright appearance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Currently, all TRUCKMAN semi-trailers use this paint. No rust feedback from our customers after receiving the semi-trailer.

6. Install Semi Trailer Other Parts.

After the paint dries, we start installing accessories like axles, tires, wires, lights, brake parts, tool box, support leg, side bumpers and rear bumpers. The installation of all spare parts is strictly carried out according to the installation procedures. After the installation is completed, there will be special personnel for inspection.

7. Inspection Work Is A Must.

When the production of the new semi trailer is completed, it can only be regarded as a qualified product after passing the inspection of various strict standards.
