3 Axle 35m3 Tipper Trailer Delivery To Mali

Mali customer before purchased 4 axle 80 ton low bed trailer from us on March, his friend have seen this low bed trailer and he want to buy a 35m3 tipper trailer from us also. Our sale manager John send many information of tipper trailer to customer, from tipper trailer production, test and shipment etc, the customer is very satisfied. He want to us finish production with 20 days so it can catch his project. and plan to visit us next year talk more business with us.

The customer request 35m3 tipper trailer bucket is U shape, so it's can easy offloading the cargoes, especially the goods with high viscosity etc. The U shape bucket has a low centre of gravity, with the benefit of a low lifting height and no overturning when unloading. The U shape bucket is more structural and lasts several times longer than a normal rectangular bucket. When loading rocks, the curved surface of the U shape bucket prevents the rocks from colliding hard with the bottom of the box, thus avoiding the deformation of the bottom of the carriage.

The tipper trailer's chassis has been reinforced to meet the demands of working in the mines. 4 pcs "X" reinforcements have been added between the two main beams to provide a stretching effect and prevent the beams from cracking. The main beam is perforated to relieve the stresses caused by the welding of the beam and to increase the load capacity of the beam while reducing the dead weight.
