3 Sets Interlink Container Flatbed Trailer For Mongolia

Interlink container flatbed trailer is an efficient coal transport semi-trailer that not only transports more coal but also saves transport costs.Two drivers can operate this large semi trailer, also save labor cost. At present, TRUCKMAN has sold nearly 1,000 units semi trailers of this type in Mongolia, it’s very popular in local. This interlink container flatbed trailer can transport 1x20FT and 1x40FT container or 2x40FT container, and easy to operation.

This interlink container flatbed trailer can pull up to 150 tons of coal and is a heavy-duty vehicle. All accessories are thickened, such as Heavy duty loading support leg, suspension, leaf spring and wheel rim. In order to ensure the bearing capacity of the girders, fully automatic submerged arc welding technology is used, and the stress points of the girders are reinforced twice to prevent the girders from cracking and breaking.

Consider the interlink container flatbed trailer will transport coal on the grass, large pattern and wear-resistant tire is necessary. The tire is LINGLONG brand 12.00R20 radial tire, 18PR, LDO986 pattern. This pattern tire can supply good climbing and braking capabilities, ideal for mines and grass. LINGLONG tire have achieved 200,000 kilometers of test results on Chinese highways.

At present, we have developed two types of interlink container flatbed trailers. One (Type A) is that the back container flatbed trailer is directly connected to the front flatbed trailer, but can only transport one 20FT container and one 40FT container; the other (Type B) is to install a small semi trailer between two flatbed trailers, this one can transport two 40FT containers, see attached picture
