The original 3 axle dump semi trailer is no longer suitable for local regulations as the Transport Authority of Ghana has issued vehicle load limit new requirements. According to customer's requirements and dump semi trailer transport weight limit, we have designed 4 axle dump semi trailer, 5 axle dump semi trailer and 6 axle dump semi trailer, customers can choose the appropriate dump semi trailer according to their own cargo transport weight.

Since the load of each axle of dump semi trailer cannot exceed 13 tons, 6 axle dump semi trailer max loading tons is 78 tons. If 6 axle dump semi trailer suspensions are designed as mechanical model, when dump semi trailer only pulls 30 tons, 3 axle dump semi trailers is enough. 6 axle dump semi trailer seem not cost-effective, wearing tires and increase the fuel consumption of the front tractor truck improved. So on the basis of the minimum load capacity of 30 tons, we designed dump semi trailer adopt two model suspension, air suspension (1 axle or more) and mechanical suspension (3 axle). It's perfect solution the loading weight problem.

What Are The Benefits Of Air Suspension ?

1. Because air suspension is lighter than mechanical suspension, fuel consumption is reduced and economy is improved.

2. When the 6 axle dump semi trailer only transports 30 tons of cargo, the first three axles with air suspension can be lifted, so that the semi trailer becomes a 3 axle dump semi trailer, which reduces the transportation cost.

3. Compared with other suspensions, the cushioning force of the air suspension is better, which can effectively protect the goods, especially the transportation of precision instruments.

Considering that most of the dump semi trailers will run in the mining area, we have specially strengthened the dump semi trailers to ensure that the time specified in the transportation contract will not be exceeded due to the damage of the chassis parts. Replaced 90x13mmx10 pcs leaf spring, used widened and thickened 120x16mmx10 pcs leaf spring; adopt 18mm thickness wheel rim etc. In addition, the cargo box has added triangular reinforcement blocks and anti-sway blocks to make the cargo box stronger.
