The 60 tons tipper trailer additional parts including the hooks, tightener, rear door buffer block, side lamp etc. The rear door columns raised on both sides and welded to 7 hooks, the purpose of this design is to reinforce the rear door and prevent it from falling off after prolonged use. 1. The lift handle should be placed in the center stop position, the transmission in the neutral position, press the clutch pedal, and trigger the pneumatic control valve upwards so that it is placed in the on position.

2. Release the clutch pedal, the extractor will start to drive the oil pump, and the engine speed will be controlled at 1000-1600 rpm.

3. Push the air control valve lift handle to the lift position, the carriage can be lifted.
