Interlink Flatbed Trailer For Mongolia

Mongolia has a vast territory and is rich in mineral resources. The terrain is dominated by plateaus, and the roads are mostly grasslands. Long-distance transportation is very developed locally, and there are many logistics companies engaged in mineral transportation. They need to transport minerals from the mining area to the border, and the transportation distance is about 1,000 kilometers. Many customers want to load a lot of goods, which can save transportation time and earn more money.

Our sales staff visited customers locally and occasionally found that these minerals needed to be re-shipped by train and then sent abroad. So our sales staff and customers discussed whether it is possible to make trucks similar to trains, with each section pulling a cargo box? After returning to China, we communicated with the customer and the factory again. Under the requirements of local transportation regulations, we designed a superlink interlink flatbed trailer similar to a train.

This superlink interlink flatbed trailer adds a saddle at the end of the front flatbed trailer to link the rear flatbed trailer. Finally, the front tractor truck connects the rear two flatbed trailers. At present, we have developed two types of superlink interlink flatbed trailers. One (Type A) is that the back flatbed trailer is directly connected to the front flatbed trailer, but can only transport one 20FT container and one 40FT container; the other (Type B) is to install a small semi trailer between two flatbed trailers, this one can transport two 40FT containers.

The customer initially ordered 2 units for testing, and after continuous improvement, the customer has purchased nearly 130 units superlink interlink flatbed trailers.
