This model low bed semi trailer total 3 axle, each axle max loading capacity is 16,000kg, ZY brand axle. The low bed trailer total weight can reach to 80,000kg. Due to the low bed semi trailer need transport 20FT and 40FT container, we extend the low bed semi trailer loading platform length to 12320mm, with 12 pcs container lock, main beam middle plate make double plate and thickness is 12mm. These specification can fully meet the transport container and machinery request.

This 3 axle 80 ton low bed semi trailer not only adopt many brand parts, but also use advanced production technology. The brand parts including LINGLONG brand tire, ZY brand axle, JOST brand tractor pin and support leg, WABCO brand brake system etc. And use the automatic submerge arc welding, laser cutting and shot blasting technology. These ensure the quality of our semi trailers, and we believe that our low bed semi trailers will be very popular locally.

And the low bed trailer material is T700 high strength steel, the steel yield strength reached 620MPa, tensile strength reached 700MPa, stronger than normal plate and loading capacity is 5 times than normal plate.
